And everything I help Boards navigate is grounded in research — from interpersonal neurobiology and adult development theory to the psychodynamics of leadership and systemic coaching practices.

That’s why my approach to governance doesn’t just look at structures or responsibilities.

It looks at who we are while we're leading, deciding, and influencing outcomes.
